Grammys 2018 | Η βραδιά των Foo Fighters και Mastodon
H απονομή των 60ών βραβείων Grammy βρήκε τον Bruno Mars να κερδίζει στην κατηγορία Album Of The Year αλλά και τον Kendrick Lamar να φεύγει με πολλά βραβεία στις Rap κατηγορίες.
Οι Mastodon ήταν νικητές στην κατηγορία Best Metal Performance με το Sultan’s Curse, ενώ δύο βραβεία Γκράμι δόθηκαν μεταθανάτια. Το ένα στην Κάρι Φίσερ, για την ηχογραφημένη εκδοχή του βιβλίου της Princess Diarist, το οποίο έχει θέμα την κινηματογραφική σάγκα Ο πόλεμος των Άστρων.
Το δεύτερο, για την «καλύτερη ροκ ερμηνεία» πήγε στον Λέοναρντ Κοέν, που πέθανε τον Νοέμβριο του 2016, στα 82 του, για το τραγούδι και το ομώνυμο άλμπουμ You Want it Darker, που κυκλοφόρησε τρεις εβδομάδες πριν από τον θάνατό του.
